The practice in September 2018 had a return visit from the CQC Inspection Team and have been given a complete "GOOD" rating.

The Partners and management wish to thank all the team and our Patient Participation Group members for their on going support.

The practice follow all guidance in relation to complaints and take them very seriously.

Should you require copy, please do ask at Reception, or speak with the Practice Manager

Many issues that arise from patients can on many occasion be sorted out verbally, do ask to speak with one of the management team first, if you so desire.
